Influence of leadership styles of nurse’ managers on their organizational performance and commitments during the COVID-19 in Punjab, Pakistan

Background: The pandemic Covid-19 has very impacted the physical, psychological and emotional well-being of nurses which were directly linked with their performance. objective study was to assess relationship between leadership styles nurse’ managers adherence organizational commitments performance during in Punjab, Pakistan. Methods: nature cross sectional quantitative. conducted five public hospital located District Lahore, Punjab i.e. Jinnah Hospital, General Sheikh Zaid Services Hospital Lady Willingdon Hospital. participants who have performed duty ward. Out 755 nurses, 200 selected for interview through convenient sampling technique. researchers used well-structured research instruments participants. collected data entered analyzed by using SPSS version 26. descriptive analysis employed measure demographic characteristics T-test one-way ANOVA also applied observe differences among variables. At end, Pearson’s Correlation (bi-variate) extent commitments.
